Singles Retreat

September 23rd, 2006  |  Published in Church  |  1 Comment

I’m sitting here at the back of the room listening to David Daniels, our retreat speaker, and my former boss and pastor before he left the church that I work for. It’s amazing to hear David speak again. I’m running the graphics and powerpoint for the retreat, thus my ability to make a post today.

Does anyone really retreat at a retreat? Is it really a weekend filled with a bunch of sessions and a little free time here and there, or is it really a time for renewal?

Rusty – you need to pay attention. He knows what he’s talking about, so quit blogging and listen.

On another note, thanks for the tix! It was fun although I feel like someone owes me a quarter. Forgive me for not wanting to stick it out in the thunderstorm.
