House Hunting Prevails

October 6th, 2006  |  Published in Austin, House

It’s been fustrating to say the least, but I have been looking for a house since February to make some kind of offer on. The area of Austin, area 10 has been a hot area for homes since much of the California investors have been eating up this area. Many of them are making offers on homes, site unseen. As soon as a house goes on the market, a offer is made on the place two days later. All of this to say that I have been pretty fustrated about the entire process. My realitor tells me though that the housing market is starting to slow down. That’s a good thing.
