Offer Made

So I took the leap today and made an offer on a house here in South Austin. It will be my third offer on a house since this past February. Yeah you read that right, February. I have been looking for a house for sometime now and have been getting frustrated to say the least. If you read any of my previous posts, you will know what I am talking about.
Pray that they guys who own this home will be happy with the offer that I made on the home. It’s in a sweet place and has a ton of a lot of character. Oh yeah, it also has a pool. Something I’m excited about but it wasn’t the huge selling point for me on it.
Paper work for the place just got sent in.

Man, I can relate. We put offers on three houses and thought we were about the lose the third house because the sellers agent didn’t give the sellers our offer until after it expired. Luckily, it all worked out and we got the third house. It is sort of frustrating to have to keep plugging along but hang in there. God will provide exactly what He wants for you.
