The Option Period Has Begun
Some exciting news to share, and a bit late too, but the people who own the home I made an offer on accepted my offer! We are offically now in the option period which means its time to get all the inspections and survey’s and what not before the option period ends.
It’s been a little nerve racking to say the least. Things are moving quickly. More quickly than I had anticipated for sure. But exciting none the less. The option period ends this coming Wednesday, November 15th! Things are starting to fall into place and I acutally have some peace about everything too.
But keep praying if you think about. It’s scary to go about this by yourself.

I would highly recommend the termite inspection. I’m not to sure how old the house is that you put an offer on (I think you said 20yrs old) but I would say go the extra mile/cost.
