New Homeowner

It finally happened! I closed on my new house yesterday! And without any big hassles or issues. A few repairs are still being made and I have a lot of work to do on the house, but I am pretty stoked that I got to close and it all went through. And now unto the world of being broke for a few months as I try and fix the place up.

Congratulations! Enjoy what you have. Isn’t it crazy how one day we go from just wanting that new video I-pod and new shoes to also wanting brushed nickle door knobs to replace the cheap brass ones and updated light fixtures and faucets all because we own homes?!
